![]() ![]() ![]() The only solution we have managed to come up with was adding the ServicesPipeTimeout dword value to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control It appears the problem is caused by the office software protection platform being unable to start. It'll then repeatedly try and install something(I believe it's an updated called a8386.msi) and fail every time until you reboot the computer. So some users on our network are getting a problem when they boot up their computer in the morning, they open outlook and about 30-40 seconds into anything they receive a message saying "Microsoft office 64bit components installing please wait", ![]()
